This Policy defines acceptable use of the Chandigarh Pets Online Platform. It supplements our Terms and Conditions and applies to every visitor, registered user and business partner.

1. Prohibited Conduct

You must NOT use the Platform to:

• Commit or facilitate fraud or extortion, or any offence under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS) or the Information Technology Act, 2000;
• Send or share material that is deceptive, misleading, defamatory, abusive, indecent, invasive of privacy, menacing, or racially or ethnically objectionable;
• Submit synthetically generated or AI-altered media misrepresenting animal identity, health status, pedigree certification or regulatory approval;
• Impersonate any person, breeder, veterinarian, official or the Company;
• Intimidate, harass or threaten our personnel, support desks or logistics handlers;
• Interrupt, damage, impair or probe the Platform, or bypass authentication, rate limits or bot protection;
• Place orders with no genuine intention to complete them, or use false identity, address or payment details.

2. Automated Access, Scraping and AI Training

Data mining tools, robots, crawlers, scrapers and automated extraction of any kind — including for training machine-learning or AI models — are strictly prohibited without express written consent. Ordinary browser page caching is permitted.

3. Anti-Spam and Form Abuse

Every contact form, enquiry, chat interaction and order placement records the submitting IP address, timestamp and browser metadata for security auditing and fraud detection. Submissions containing spam, malicious scripts or unauthorised external links are rejected automatically.
